About the role:
- To realize the MNO’s digital transformation, they need to transform how the business teams operate – making a significant shift from waterfall to agile methodologies and ways of working.
- The MNO is seeking an experienced leader to join the team and help drive transformation of the ways of working.
- In this role, you will support business leaders in driving outcomes of transformation ‘right first time’ through introducing an Agile methodology E2E: from definition of requirements through to ensuring a streamlined process through the delivery organization of the MNO.
- Through providing Design Thinking support, your function will guide the business owners in understanding the transformed state, ensuring a positive outcome is realized across Financial, NPS and EES benefits.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver program to embed Agile as the default way of working
- Develop a talent pool of key agile business roles, increasing competency across Wholesale to support matrix/virtual teaming.
- Work as a SME with key wholesale and corporate process owners (e.g. funding processes, project resourcing, business case content, customer engagement, co-creation) to realize benefits from working Agile.
- Work as a SME with BUs on Business Prototyping to shape Business Requirements which will lead to high confidence and scope accuracy when processed for development
- Work as a SME to shape Work Packages from Customer Journeys through an understanding of the current and future capability of strategic platforms and partners
- Support continuous improvement and innovation within our digital transformation program of work
- Establishes and leverages internal and external stakeholder relationships to support realization of DEVOPS way of working across the digital transformation program and more broadly in TW
Summary:

- You will be a strategic thinker and engaging communicator with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong partnering and collaborative skills will be required in this role, as well as the ability to deliver results working to set timeframes.
- You will have a proven track record of delivering outcomes in a complex technical environment through virtual teams, leveraging a centralized enterprise IT environment.
- Experience leading innovation and new ways of working to deliver improved customer outcomes will be highly regarded.
- Experience in an Agile environment, working with dev/ops teams is advantageous.
