Executive Vice President EMEA & APAC – Hamburg, Germany
Key responsibilities:
- Create a compelling vision and go-to-market strategy to develop further opportunity and competitive advantage
- Put together the business plan on how to further maximize the sales channels
- Inflight deal support to create a pipeline of new deals and to drive large-scale business development
Required qualifications and skills:
- Educated to degree level – ideal MBA, MSc, or Ph.D.; Min: BSc, with a high degree of self-initiative, and flexibility, as well as with proficient English skills
- Extensive experience in handling the account management team of 10+ staff with the annual sales turnover of 20M+ Euro
- Outstanding relationship builder supporting and extending the existing customer base, by using target- and performance-oriented operational methods
- An inspirational leader with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, effective in contract closing
- Hands-on experience in the acquisition of distributors and OEM partners, targeting to build up a white label brand management
- Good understanding of our core business – Cloud-based IT and SaaS solutions, Systems Integration, Infrastructure, and Digital
- Strong credentials and demonstrated success in large IT and SaaS projects spread across multiple geographies
- Politically savvy, able to find a middle ground and to rally a team
- Characteristics of an entrepreneurial forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge
- Experience in sales with ISPs and distributors, ideally in IT and SaaS, with the self-reliant and customer-oriented appearance
- Extensive experience and skills in market analysis and sales presentations
